Promotional Terms and Conditions

These Promotional Terms and Conditions ("Promotional Terms") apply to all promotional offers, discounts, referral programs, and related incentives (collectively, "Promotions") provided by Garide, a product of Baggins Technology Enterprises ("Garide," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms as well as our standard User Terms of Service. Please read both documents carefully.

1. Eligibility

User Eligibility: Promotions are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who have an active Garide account.

Geographic Eligibility: Promotions may be limited to specific geographic areas as specified in the promotional materials.

2. Promotion Period

Each Promotion is valid for a limited time only, as stated in the promotional materials. Garide reserves the right to modify or terminate any Promotion at any time without notice.

3. Promotional Codes

Redemption: To redeem a promotional code, you must enter the code into your account before booking a ride. Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively.

Limitations: Each promotional code is subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to expiration dates, usage limits, and ride type restrictions. Codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Referral Programs

Referral Credits: Users may earn referral credits by inviting new users to join Garide using a unique referral code provided by Garide. Referral credits will be applied to your account once the referred user completes their first ride or account registration.

Limits: Referral credits are subject to expiration and may not be combined with other promotions. Garide reserves the right to verify the referral and to withhold or withdraw credits in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

5. Discounts

Application: Discounts will be automatically applied to the fare at the time of booking, provided that the ride meets the requirements specified in the promotional materials.

Exclusions: Discounts may not apply to additional fees, surcharges, or tips.

6. General Conditions

Non-Transferable: Promotions are non-transferable and are valid only for the specific user and account to which they are issued.

One-Time Use: Unless otherwise specified, Promotions are generally intended for one-time use only.

Non-Cumulative: Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or promotional offers.

7. Misuse and Fraud

Garide reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw any Promotion at any time in the event of fraud, abuse, or violation of the Promotional Terms or User Terms of Service. Misuse of promotional codes, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to gain additional discounts, may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

8. Changes to Promotional Terms

Garide reserves the right to update or modify these Promotional Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued participation in any Promotion constitutes your acceptance of the new Promotional Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Garide will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with any Promotion.

10. Governing Law

These Promotional Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the countries in which Garide operates under Baggins Technology Enterprises, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
